Job Description:
We are seeking a Tech Support – Software Development professional to provide technical assistance for Zoho applications, write and maintain scripts, troubleshoot issues, and manage integrations. This role plays a vital part in strengthening operational support for our insurance tech infrastructure while ensuring data security and user empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Zoho applications
- Develop and maintain scripts using languages such as Deluge, JavaScript, or Python
- Troubleshoot and resolve application/system issues
- Assist with API-based system integrations
- Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal end-user support
- Maintain best practices in data security and system performance
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience with scripting languages (Deluge, JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Experience with Zoho products is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
