Job Title: Solutions Consultant – Pre-Sales

Job Description:

ShiftX Global is seeking an experienced and strategic Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team. In this role, you will lead solution design and proposal efforts across global markets including the UK, USA, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and the Middle East. You’ll collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop customized proposals, while supporting internal teams to deliver value-driven software solutions.

As a key member of the sales team, you will guide discovery sessions, craft technical proposals, manage bid responses, and represent ShiftX Global in product walkthroughs and solution presentations. You’ll be instrumental in refining pre-sales strategy and tools, and ensuring every client engagement aligns with our product and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional pre-sales efforts and align solutions with business objectives.
  • Conduct discovery calls and gather technical and business requirements.
  • Create proposals including tech stack, solution overview, architecture, and estimates.
  • Deliver product demos, workshops, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership teams to shape offerings.
  • Analyze deal performance and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or software engineering with client exposure.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and API systems.
  • Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to global markets or sectors like Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, CRM platforms, and API systems.
