Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager – Technical Operations to lead the product development team in ensuring all developments are technically feasible, process efficient, and budget-compliant. You will collaborate closely with design and manufacturing units, oversee machinery maintenance, optimize engineering budgets, and develop team capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with technical and creative design teams during pilot production to ensure accurate garment assembly and efficient production methods.
Liaise with manufacturing units to track engineering progress and implement improvements and innovations.
Oversee maintenance of molding machines, sewing plants, and mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide manufacturing units with technical information on machinery, attachments, and production requirements.
Ensure availability and optimal use of spares, utilities, and services at competitive prices and consistent quality.
Develop and manage the engineering budget.
Enhance team performance through training, positive employee relations, and knowledge transfer.

Candidate Requirements:

Degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent.
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field is a plus.
4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Excellent communication and people management abilities.
