We are expanding our team with a Solutions Consultant to lead pre-sales efforts across multiple regions.

Role Overview:
The Solutions Consultant will drive pre-sales engagement by understanding client needs, developing tailored software proposals, and leading technical communications. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and leadership to craft winning proposals and demos that align solutions with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead regional pre-sales initiatives across target industries and markets.
Conduct discovery calls to gather business and technical requirements.
Develop customized proposals, including technical solutions, architecture, and effort estimates.
Manage bid responses and RFP submissions with clear, compelling documentation.
Serve as the main technical liaison with clients during pre-sales, delivering demos, workshops, and presentations.
Represent ShiftX at events, webinars, and client meetings as a product evangelist.
Collaborate closely with CTO, engineering, and marketing teams to align solutions and timelines.
Support continuous improvement through win/loss analysis and proposal refinement.

Requirements:

4+ years in pre-sales, technical consulting, solution architecture, or client-facing software engineering.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, including web, mobile, cloud, and APIs.
Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and business analysis skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience across global markets such as USA, Singapore, Middle East.
Familiarity with proposal tools (Notion, Google Docs) and CRM systems (Zoho, GHL).
Exposure to middleware, API platforms, or security protocols.
