About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of QA to lead and elevate the quality culture across our organization. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in garment and textile quality, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with sourcing, merchandising, sales, and product development teams to implement quality systems, address customer concerns, and drive improvements throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement quality strategies, systems, and training programs across departments
Design and standardize quality processes to meet internal and client expectations
Build strong communication channels with customers to resolve quality complaints and understand needs
Evaluate and improve existing quality systems and protocols
Lead periodic publication of Quality Update Newsletters
Support factory QA teams with on-the-ground issue resolution and process improvements
Monitor and analyze KPIs, factory scorecards, and SPC data for performance and risk management
Conduct root cause analysis and lead implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Drive continuous quality improvements through non-conformance management and process audits
Collaborate on special projects assigned by senior management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or Testing Technology
Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management within garment or related manufacturing industry
Expertise in textile and garment production, testing protocols, and quality standards
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
Detail-oriented, logical, and proactive mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong understanding of industry regulations and safety protocols
