Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes and HR operations across multiple international markets. In this role, you will ensure compliance with local labor and tax regulations, maintain high data integrity, and streamline workflows for a fast-growing global workforce.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with strong operational skills, bilingual fluency in Chinese and English, and a passion for process optimization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle payroll operations across high-growth international markets with 100% accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Design, update, and manage employment contract templates in collaboration with Legal and EOR providers.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel data changes.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and ensure system integrity.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement automation tools to streamline HR and compensation workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, and HR Business Partners for audits, compliance, and compensation reporting.
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights and suggestions that improve employee experience and data flow.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and HR operations across multiple regions, preferably Asia-Pacific.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage payroll and HR data for 100+ employees independently.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and contract standards in at least one APAC country.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and process improvement skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
