Job Title: SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to lead technical development and support teams in SAP projects. The role involves collaborating with end users and functional consultants to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with those needs. The consultant will design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP programs while ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to support users during testing phases, and effective communication across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical development and support teams on SAP engagements.
Conduct sessions with end users and functional consultants to gather requirements.
Develop technical designs and documents based on functional specifications.
Write clean, efficient ABAP code following prescribed standards.
Prepare unit test cases and assist during design, functional, and user acceptance testing.
Provide training sessions for end users and team members.
Support incident resolution within SLA during support engagements.
Collaborate with offshore, onsite, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Travel onsite as needed for short or long-term assignments.
Liaise with clients for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities.
