As we expand across Sri Lanka, we’re looking for a driven and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a critical role in introducing Webco LMS to schools, universities, and training centers across Sri Lanka. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and product demos to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the education and training sectors.
  • Schedule and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored LMS solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, brochures, and clear communication materials.
  • Design marketing tools like flyers and presentations using Canva or similar platforms.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and report regularly on progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech or software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Confident in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals independently.
  • Proficient in creating sales content with Canva, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-focused.
