Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Regional Sales Executive to lead and coordinate our marketing and sales efforts within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning regional marketing strategies, managing field sales activities, and developing private sector client relationships. A strong understanding of the market, ability to manage operations efficiently, and effective coordination of deliveries are essential. This role is suited for dynamic individuals who are passionate about sales, strategic planning, and field execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute regional marketing strategies within approved budgets
  • Collect competitive sales data to enhance the company database
  • Develop regional sales targets and field plans based on market insights
  • Focus on acquiring and nurturing private sector customers
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ actions and propose tactical responses
  • Manage department operations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules and coordination
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and meet performance goals

Qualifications

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification required
  • A degree in Science or Biomedical Science is a plus
  • Fresh graduates in Biomedical Science are encouraged to apply
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Valid driving license for both car and van is mandatory
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo
