Salary: Paid in USD
Working Hours:
- 12-hour shifts
- 5 days a week
- 2 days off
- Must be flexible to work on a roster schedule
Role Overview:
We are looking for well-groomed, presentable, and professional individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for a global clientele in a fast-paced, structured environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Provide accurate information and support to customers
- Follow company protocols and maintain call quality standards
- Resolve issues or escalate inquiries when needed
- Maintain call logs and detailed reports as required
Requirements:
- Must be presentable and pleasant in appearance
- Willing to work flexible hours on a rotational roster
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Dress Code:
- Formal Ladies Office Wear (mandatory)
