About the Role

In this role, you will drive operational excellence and ensure production targets are met by aligning delivery schedules, maintaining quality standards, and implementing lean practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly delivery schedules to meet 100% DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time)
Oversee the sewing production process, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards
Identify production abnormalities and coordinate with IE and Work-Study teams to resolve root causes
Uphold 6S, Health & Safety, and social compliance policies
Recognize and address training needs for production staff and build strong team relations

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Physical Science, Textile, or Clothing from a recognized institution
1–2 years of experience in apparel production
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and industrial engineering
Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
