Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the full seller lifecycle, from onboarding to continuous engagement
- Provide merchant training and day-to-day support for both physical and online stores
- Analyze merchant sales data and assist in developing strategies to increase seller performance
- Coordinate and deliver seller education programs to improve platform understanding
- Assist with the implementation of campaigns and seller engagement tools
- Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with sellers
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business Management or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and data handling
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
- A multitasker with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
