Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the technical team.
- Handle documentation, maintain filing systems, and assist in preparing reports.
- Track service jobs and follow up on maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with internal departments and respond to customer communication.
- Coordinate logistics and supply needs within the technical department.
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
