Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the technical team.
  • Handle documentation, maintain filing systems, and assist in preparing reports.
  • Track service jobs and follow up on maintenance schedules.
  • Liaise with internal departments and respond to customer communication.
  • Coordinate logistics and supply needs within the technical department.

Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification or higher.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
