Job Description
The Manager Education Centre leads the daily operations and strategic direction of the WACHS Registered Training Organisation. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, managing training and administrative teams, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide continuous education and development for WACHS staff across rural and remote WA. The Manager plays a key role in supporting students and fostering partnerships with industry, government, and community groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and administration of the WACHS Education Centre.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Lead and develop a team to deliver training and support services.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners for training development.
- Support student engagement and success in education programs.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in training offerings.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold an appropriate work visa.
- Appointment subject to criminal records screening and integrity checks.
- Successful candidates must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA).
