Job Description:
As the Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will support the Learning & Development team in implementing hotel training programs aligned with brand standards and hotel policies. You will help maintain training resources, organize development initiatives, and contribute to talent and recognition programs to ensure continuous growth and development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update training notice boards with current hotel and training information.
- Assist with recognition and talent development programs following brand standards.
- Organize and coordinate cross-training sessions.
- Develop and maintain training policies and records.
- Conduct training needs analyses and in-house training sessions regularly.
- Support integration of training programs into business plans and budgets.
- Plan and deliver orientation programs for new team members.
- Provide guidance and support on personal development plans.
- Assist departmental trainers with training delivery when needed.
- Promote effective communication and motivation among team members.
- Ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and hotel policies.
- Manage training documentation and attendance records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
