Job Description:

Acron Aviation is seeking a Lead Sales Account Manager to drive avionics product sales and manage key airline accounts across the Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on both forward fit (SFE/BFE) and retrofit opportunities, working closely with Air Transport and Regional Airlines to expand the company’s presence in the avionics market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for avionics solutions across APAC.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of key airline accounts and exceed sales targets.
  • Build proposals, lead bids, and manage contract negotiations with internal support across time zones.
  • Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and accurately forecast sales activities.
  • Act as the regional avionics expert and represent Acron Aviation at industry events.
  • Use CRM tools to track prospects and report performance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, marketing) for deal execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 9 years in avionics sales or technical aviation sales with APAC customer-facing experience.
  • Demonstrated success in the commercial aviation sector.
  • Strong knowledge of avionics systems and certification processes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with avionics systems such as CVR/FDR, TCAS, ADS-B, etc.
  • Familiarity with airline procurement and retrofit/forward-fit avionics strategies.
  • Advanced CRM (MS Dynamics), Excel, and proposal management tools.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional coordination experience.
  • Additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
