Role Summary

FounderFrame is looking for a Co-Founder to take charge of sales, operations, and creative leadership. You’ll be responsible for closing client deals, managing finances, nurturing client relationships, overseeing operations, and actively contributing to content strategy. This is a high-ownership, high-reward role with a 45% profit share, ideal for someone with a startup mindset and a passion for building a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts and convert high-value client opportunities
Manage financial operations, including fund allocation and payment tracking
Maintain and build client relationships
Collaborate with the Founder on business strategy and execution
Contribute creatively to scripting, campaign ideas, and content development
Manage team operations and workflows efficiently
Adapt quickly to new challenges and changes in business direction

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and deal closure
Strong skills in business operations and financial management
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Creative mindset with content or campaign ideation experience
Leadership and team-building background
