Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Travel Coordinator to support our dynamic operations. This role involves managing all travel-related logistics for teams based in Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and capable of coordinating travel across multiple time zones while optimizing cost and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, visas, hotels, and local transport
- Coordinate with HR and project teams in KSA and UAE to ensure timely mobilization/demobilization
- Work closely with airlines, agents, and vendors to ensure efficient and policy-compliant travel arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and travel documentation
- Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies swiftly and professionally
- Share organized and professional travel itineraries with all stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certificate or diploma in Travel & Tourism (IATA certification preferred)
- 2–5 years’ experience in travel coordination or a related field
- Knowledge of international flight and hotel booking systems
- Familiar with visa processes, especially for the Middle East
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across time zones
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible to work within UAE/KSA business hours
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple bookings simultaneously
