Job Description: Wholesale Sales Executive (Health Supplements)

We are looking for results-driven Wholesale Sales Executives who thrive in a high-stakes, high-reward environment.
This is not a traditional sales role; it is an entrepreneurial opportunity for a “hunter” who can secure bulk, prepaid wholesale orders. Our product is fully laboratory-tested, Halal-certified, and locally approved, giving you a powerful, credible asset to sell. Key Responsibilities

Bulk Acquisition: Identify and close high-volume wholesale deals with retailers, pharmacies, gyms, and wellness centers.

Prepaid Sales Management: Ensure all orders meet the mandatory prepaid requirement; we do not operate on a consignment or credit basis.

Network Utilization: Leverage existing industry relationships to secure a minimum order of 10 packs per transaction.

Target Achievement: Driven pursuit of the 1,500-pack milestone by August 1st, 2026, to unlock the executive performance bonus.

Brand Representation: Act as a professional ambassador for our premium health supplements, ensuring all B2B interactions reflect the brand’s quality.
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Sales Record: Extensive experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, or the health/supplement industry.

Closing Skills: A demonstrated ability to close “High-Volume” deals without relying on credit terms.

Self-Starter Mindset: Ability to work independently under a strictly performance-based (no fixed salary) contract.

Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE retail and distribution landscape.

Compensation & Incentives
This role offers an aggressive, uncapped commission structure designed for top-tier earners:

Unit Commission: 200 AED per 10-bottle wholesale pack sold.

Performance Bonus: A massive 250,000 AED lump-sum bonus upon achieving the 1,500-pack target.

Total Upside: Achieving the full target generates 300,000 AED in commission + 250,000 AED bonus = 550,000 AED total potential.
