In this multifaceted role, you will be the technical and creative backbone of our client delivery. You aren’t just a developer; you are a Business Solutions Architect. From building custom Laravel applications and Odoo ERP integrations to designing high-converting social media visuals on Canva, you will bridge the gap between business ideas and technological reality. Your Technical & Marketing Mission

Full-Stack Development & ERP Integration

• Custom Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), MySQL, and JavaScript.

• Business Systems: Pioneer the development of in-house systems like Knowledge Base Systems (KBS) and HRIS, and implement ERP solutions (Odoo, Shopify) for MSMEs.

• Mobile & Cross-Platform: Utilize C# and Xamarin Studio to develop cross-platform claims and benefits systems.

• Infrastructure: Manage deployments and version control using GitHub and Digital Ocean.

Performance Marketing & Design

• Ads Management: Design, strategize, and execute digital campaigns via Meta for Business to elevate brand presence and drive conversions.

• Creative Visuals: Utilize Canva and AI technologies to produce high-impact social media content and marketing assets.

• UI/UX Focus: Ensure all technical solutions, from e-commerce platforms to booking apps, prioritize user-centric design and seamless navigation.

Business Operations & Consultation

• Technical Strategy: Act as a bridge between client acquisitions and the dev team, translating business needs into technical specifications.

• Workflow Analysis: Design efficient workflows for HR and administrative processes, repurposing reporting tools for management use.

• DevOps Support: Assist the BizOps and DevOps teams in data extraction, report generation, and system monitoring.
