As a Waitress, Cashier, and Barista at Cipriani Abu Dhabi, you represent a legacy of world-class Italian hospitality. Located in the prestigious Yas Marina, this role demands more than just service—it requires the delivery of “discreet luxury.” You will balance the technical precision of a fine-dining server with the efficiency of a cashier and the craft of a barista, all while maintaining the high-standard atmosphere that defines the Cipriani brand.
Job Duties

Bespoke Guest Engagement: Greet high-profile international guests with sophistication, presenting menus and explaining daily specials with a deep understanding of Italian culinary traditions.

Expert Mixology & Barista Craft: Prepare premium Italian coffee and beverages to exact brand standards, ensuring every “Harry’s Bar” inspired drink is served with perfection.

Fine-Dining Technical Service: Execute strict service protocols (e.g., serving from the left, clearing from the right) and manage course timing to ensure a seamless flow.

Menu & Wine Mastery: Provide expert recommendations on food and wine pairings, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and specialty spirits.

Precision Financial Handling: Manage the POS system for order accuracy and process guest payments as a Cashier, ensuring all transactions are handled with discretion and speed.

Table & Station Artistry: Maintain a pristine station, setting tables with polished cutlery, crisp linens, and flawless glassware according to Cipriani’s aesthetic standards.

Proactive Service: Anticipate guest needs—such as water refills or bread service—before they are requested, providing an unobtrusive and intuitive experience.

Qualifications

Technical Skills: Proficiency in high-end POS systems and experience in multi-role service (Server/Cashier/Barista).

Curriculum Knowledge: Deep understanding of international wine lists and complex culinary techniques.

Legal: Must be authorized to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
