Technology Integration: Expertly utilize company hardware, including laptops, tablets, handheld scanners, and mobile printers, to facilitate high-efficiency order processing.
Cargo Stewardship: Organize and pack inventory systematically within the vehicle to prevent transit damage; maintain a secure, locked environment to eliminate risk or loss.
Financial Accountability: Collect cash payments from retail outlets as directed, ensuring total accuracy and immediate daily handover to the finance department with corresponding receipts.
Operational Reporting: Archive Proof of Delivery (POD) documents with proper stamps and signatures within a 12-hour window; report any road incidents to the Fleet Manager immediately.
