Are you a high-velocity sales professional ready to sit at the intersection of Silicon Valley innovation and global business strategy? ByteDance is seeking a specialized Account Executive to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI technologies and the burgeoning US startup ecosystem.

In this role, you aren’t just selling software; you are a strategic partner to the world’s next generation of AI pioneers. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing high-value B2B partnerships within the US market, specifically focusing on Generative AI and SaaS solutions. Leveraging your bilingual capabilities (English/Chinese) and your deep understanding of the North American tech landscape, you will build a sustainable revenue engine from our hub in Dubai, with the freedom to travel and engage directly with your partners on the ground.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pipeline Development: Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales funnel of US-based AI startups and enterprise SaaS accounts.

  • Market Expansion: Drive consistent revenue growth by identifying emerging trends in the US Generative AI sector and positioning ByteDance solutions as essential infrastructure.

  • Bilingual Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for Chinese-speaking stakeholders and clients, ensuring technical requirements and business objectives are communicated with surgical precision.

  • International Partnership Engagement: Lead technical sales presentations and negotiations, including traveling to the United States to close deals and attend key industry summits.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal product and engineering teams to relay market feedback from US clients, influencing the roadmap of our global GenAI offerings.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Market Expertise: A minimum of 5+ years in high-stakes B2B technical sales, specifically within SaaS or Cloud infrastructure.

  • Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is mandatory to navigate our global client base and internal structure.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar sales quotas and building sustainable pipelines in the North American market.

  • Agility: A “startup” mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving technical environment.
