In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-net-worth clients and the fast-paced equity markets of the US, UAE, and KSA. You aren’t just an order-taker; you are a strategic partner responsible for managing complex trade execution, maintaining high-level client relationships, and driving business growth. This position requires a professional who thrives during the US trading session, blending technical market expertise with the interpersonal skills needed to flourish in a premier Islamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Multi-Market Order Management: Execute and manage client orders across the NYSE/NASDAQ (US), DFM/ADX (UAE), and Tadawul (KSA) markets with precision and speed.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to institutional and high-net-worth clients, providing market insights and ensuring superior service delivery.

• Compliance & Integrity: Strictly adhere to international market regulations and internal Shari’a-compliant trading guidelines.

• Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to grow the client portfolio and promote ADIB’s global market capabilities to new prospects.

• Night Shift Execution: Operate consistently during US trading hours (typically late afternoon to late night UAE time), demonstrating exceptional discipline and time management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional equity trading experience, specifically handling US or regional markets.

• Language Skills: Full professional fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for communicating with a diverse regional and international client base.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of trading mechanics, clearing processes, and compliance frameworks for global exchanges.

• Personal Attributes: High energy, the ability to work independently under market pressure, and a sales-minded approach to client growth.
