In this multifaceted role, you will be the “heart” of the customer journey. From providing a warm welcome at the entrance to ensuring the safety of our youngest guests at the Smaland play area, your mission is to make every visit seamless and enjoyable. You will act as a brand ambassador, balancing high-energy floor support with the organized precision required for Returns & Exchange operations. Key Responsibilities

• First Impressions: Greet customers upon arrival, providing them with necessary shopping tools, catalogues, and directions to enhance their visit.

• Smaland Management: Play a critical role in maintaining a safe, fun, and secure environment for children within the Smaland play area.

• Service Facilitation: Assist customers with store-wide services, acting as a knowledgeable guide for store layouts and product locations.

• Operational Efficiency: Support the Returns & Exchange counter, ensuring that transactions are handled professionally, accurately, and according to company policy.

• Safety & Compliance: Monitor the shopping floor to ensure safety standards are met and provide immediate assistance where needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality: This position is strictly for UAE Nationals (Family Book holders) as part of our commitment to Emiratization.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to greet and assist a diverse, multi-cultural customer base.

• Mindset: Patient, safety-conscious (especially regarding children), and highly organized.

• Availability: Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule that aligns with retail peak hours.

• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to effectively serve all store visitors.
