Job Description: English Language Tutor (Indian Nationals)

This role is specifically open to Indian nationals who possess a strong command of the English language and a proven track record in the tutoring sector. You will work with a diverse range of students, from young learners to adults, helping them navigate the complexities of English grammar, vocabulary, and phonetics through highly interactive and one-on-one sessions.

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Diagnostic Assessment: Conduct initial proficiency tests to identify student strengths and specific areas for linguistic improvement.

• Customized Curriculum Design: Develop bespoke lesson plans and instructional materials that align with each student’s unique learning goals and pace.

• Multimodal Instruction: Deliver lessons that provide balanced coverage of the four essential pillars: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.

• Progress Tracking: Maintain detailed records of student development and provide regular, actionable reports to parents or adult learners.

• Collaborative Environment: Engage with a community of fellow tutors to exchange resources and pedagogical strategies to enhance school-wide learning outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Indian Nationals (as per recruitment focus).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional English tutoring experience.

• Linguistic Skill: Native-level fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, enthusiasm, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic).
