Job Duties

• Execute brain training sessions designed to enhance cognitive functions such as memory, attention, and processing speed.

• Facilitate personalized learning programs for both children and adults in a focused environment.

• Monitor student progress and adjust training intensity to optimize cognitive growth and results.

• Engage students with high-energy instruction to maintain motivation and focus during mental exercises.

• Communicate effectively with parents or adult learners regarding performance milestones and areas for improvement.

• Adhere to the specific brain training methodologies and protocols established by the center.

• Maintain a professional and organized learning station to ensure a distraction-free environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate high processing speed and superior cognitive abilities to lead intensive mental exercises.

• Commit to a consistent weekly schedule of at least 12 hours.

• Communicate with clarity and precision using an excellent command of the English language.

• Apply previous experience in education or coaching to manage diverse learning behaviors.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students of all ages.

• Navigate the local sponsorship requirements by holding a valid husband or father-sponsored visa.

Qualifications

• Evidence a strong background in a learning environment, specifically working with children or adult education.

• Possess the cognitive agility required to deliver fast-paced brain training modules.

• Reside in Abu Dhabi with the ability to commute to the training center reliably.

• Maintain a valid residence visa under husband or father sponsorship (mandatory).
