In this role, you will be the face of our specialty desserts, engaging with a high volume of international and local shoppers. This isn’t just a cashier role; we are looking for a “brand ambassador” who can articulate the quality of our treats, drive upsells, and maintain a high-energy presence during peak mall hours. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet Dubai Mall visitors, offering product insights and promoting our specialty dessert range.

• Sales & Upselling: Utilize persuasive communication skills to drive sales and maximize revenue during the event period.

• POS Management: Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring precise cash and card handling.

• Visual Merchandising: Maintain an inviting and organized dessert display, ensuring products are presented according to brand standards.

• Hygiene & Standards: Adhere to strict personal hygiene and food safety standards throughout the long shift hours.

• Fast-Paced Operations: Handle high-pressure situations with a smile, especially during weekend “late-night” mall rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous background in F&B retail or dessert sales is highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable and experienced in operating POS systems.

• Personal Presence: Must be highly presentable with professional communication skills suitable for a luxury mall environment.

• Commitment: Must be able to commit to the entire duration of the event (March 3 – 7, 2026) and the specific long hours listed.

• Soft Skills: Punctuality, accuracy in transactions, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
