Are you a seasoned engineering leader who excels at turning blueprints into reality? Mac Line Properties & Contracting is seeking a highly experienced Engineer Project Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a professional who can balance the technical rigors of engineering with the strategic oversight of project management.

You will be the primary driver of project success, taking full ownership from the initial planning phase through to final handover. We need a leader who can manage diverse work teams, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and ensure that every milestone is met with precision, all while maintaining strict budget and timeline discipline.

Core Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of engineering projects, ensuring all deliverables meet company and client standards.

• Team Supervision: Direct and mentor on-site work teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and resource flow.

• Financial & Timeline Integrity: Monitor project budgets and schedules meticulously, implementing corrective actions to prevent overruns.

• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential project risks and develop robust contingency plans to resolve issues before they impact progress.

• Executive Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive periodic reports on project health, milestones, and KPIs to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of proven practical experience in engineering project management.

• Leadership: Exceptional organizational and team-leading skills, with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of project management software (such as Primavera P6 or MS Project).

• Decision Making: Strong ability to work under high-pressure environments and make critical decisions that safeguard project interests.

• Communication: Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for local stakeholder management.
