In this role, you will be the architectural lighthouse for our AI initiatives. You won’t just be managing a team; you’ll be defining how AI personalizes the home-search journey for millions of users. You will bridge the gap between experimental data science and rock-solid engineering, ensuring that our models—from price prediction to image recognition—are deployed through world-class MLOps pipelines. Your Technical & Leadership Mission

Architectural Leadership & Execution

• AI Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end development of AI-powered solutions, ensuring they align with Property Finder’s goal of making the property search effortless.

• Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid iteration.

• Systems Design: Design scalable architectures that support real-time inference and batch processing for high-traffic property platforms.

MLOps & Engineering Excellence

• CI/CD for ML: Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines specifically tailored for machine learning, ensuring automated testing and seamless deployment.

• Infrastructure Orchestration: Lead the deployment of models using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

• Lifecycle Management: Establish MLflow or similar frameworks to track experiments, manage model versions, and monitor performance in production.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Stakeholder Management: Work with Product and Engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.

• Standard Setting: Define the “Property Finder way” for AI development, establishing best practices for code quality, documentation, and ethical AI.

What You Bring to Property Finder

• Experience: 6+ years in MLE/MLOps roles plus at least 4+ years in leadership/management positions.

• Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Infrastructure Expertise: Heavy-duty experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and experiment tracking tools like MLflow.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire a team and explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical leaders.
