Key Responsibilities

• Student Consultation: Engage with prospective students globally via phone, email, and Skype/Zoom to identify their academic goals and match them with ideal US institutions.

• Admissions Guidance: Provide expert advice on the American educational system, including the nuances of different degree types, credit systems, and campus cultures.

• Visa Support: Offer preliminary guidance on the US student visa (F-1/J-1) application process and required documentation.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and engagement targets to earn performance-based bonuses.

• CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of student interactions and application statuses using SalesForce.

• Professional Service: Ensure a prompt, “world-class” service experience that upholds the SchoolApply brand.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: MUST have a degree from a US University or College. Firsthand experience in the American system is non-negotiable.

• System Knowledge: Deep understanding of US admission requirements (GPA, SAT/ACT, Personal Statements) and ideally the F-1 visa process.

• Communication: Perfect spoken and written English with “world-class” phone skills.

• Mindset: A very positive attitude, high energy levels, and a sales-driven approach to achieving results.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRMs, with a preference for SalesForce experience.
