As a Fashion Consultant, you will blend traditional high-end service with modern omnichannel technology, ensuring every guest experience is exceptional. Whether you are driving sales targets, promoting our MUSE loyalty program, or gathering data on the latest trends, you will be a vital part of shaping the future of luxury in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver “exceptional” service to every visitor, acting as a brand ambassador and fashion expert.

• Sales & Performance: Work toward individual and collective sales targets to drive store sell-throughs.

• Omnichannel Integration: Support click-and-collect services and capture customer data accurately to fuel CRM and marketing initiatives.

• Market Intelligence: Collect data on customer behavior, identifying “top sellers” and “slow movers” to provide feedback for business reviews.

• Brand Loyalty: Actively promote the MUSE loyalty program and keep customers updated on the latest app offerings and campaigns.

• Store Operations: Adhere to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a pristine luxury environment.

• Marketing Support: Assist with in-store events, activations, and social media-driven campaigns.
