Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Guest Experience: Deliver high-touch, personalized service to every guest, ensuring their journey aligns with the Group’s “Inspire, Exhilarate, Delight” philosophy.

• Sales Excellence: Contribute to achieving individual and collective sales targets and drive “sell-through” within the store.

• Data & Insights: Collect vital data on customer behavior, top-selling items, and slow movers to provide actionable input for business reviews.

• Omnichannel Integration: Facilitate seamless “Click & Collect” services within established SLAs and drive client relationships across digital and physical platforms.

• Loyalty Advocacy: Actively promote the MUSE loyalty program , ensuring customer data is accurately captured and staying updated on the latest app offerings.

• Brand Activation: Support in-store marketing events, social media campaigns, and visual merchandising (VM) guidelines to maintain brand prestige.

• Feedback Loop: Provide pre-buying feedback on products and offer insights on store operations to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Nationality: This position is strictly for UAE Nationals (Emiratization) in line with national development goals.

• Education: Currently enrolled as a student in a recognized university or higher education institution.

• Communication: Strong English communication skills are essential; Fluency in Arabic is highly advantageous.

• Attributes: A “people-at-heart” mindset, a proactive attitude towards learning, and a passion for the luxury beauty sector.

• Agility: Ability to balance academic responsibilities with a part-time retail schedule.
