Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Support the end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects, ensuring milestones are met and objectives align with the bank’s long-term growth vision.

• Business Intelligence: Perform deep-dive business analysis to monitor organizational performance, identifying trends and variances that require management intervention.

• Process Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency and cost-optimization.

• Market Insight: Conduct research on UAE and global banking trends, competitor benchmarking, and emerging fintech disruptions to inform strategic pivots.

• Stakeholder Communication: Develop high-impact presentations and reports for executive committees, translating technical analysis into clear, actionable business strategies.

• Change Management: Act as a bridge between the Strategy team and operational units, ensuring smooth adoption of new initiatives and transformation cultural shifts.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related analytical field.

• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Excel (advanced modeling/pivots) and MS PowerPoint (executive-level deck creation).

• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to handle large datasets and extract meaningful insights to solve complex business problems.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Soft Skills: A self-starter who can work independently under pressure while remaining a collaborative and proactive team player.
