Albatha Group, one of the UAE’s most diversified and respected business conglomerates, is seeking a high-caliber Strategic FM Growth Lead to spearhead the expansion of our Integrated Fire & Life Safety division. This is a senior-level business development role designed for a visionary leader who can navigate the complex intersection of Facilities Management (FM) and regulatory safety standards.

In this position, you will be the commercial architect behind our growth in the fire and life safety sector. You will leverage your deep industry connections to forge strategic partnerships with Tier-1 FM companies and major real estate developers across the Northern Emirates and Dubai. Your mission is to transition the business from a service provider to a strategic partner, securing high-value, long-term maintenance and integration contracts that ensure the safety of the UAE’s most iconic infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Expansion: Identify and capture new business opportunities within the FM and Fire & Safety sectors, focusing on integrated solutions that provide long-term recurring revenue.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-suite relationships with key real estate developers, government entities, and large-scale FM service providers.

• Contract Negotiation & Closure: Lead the end-to-end tendering process, from initial technical consultation to the final commercial negotiation of complex Fire & Life Safety service contracts.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor UAE fire code updates and Civil Defense regulations to ensure Albatha’s offerings remain at the forefront of compliance and innovation.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the technical and engineering teams to ensure that proposed commercial solutions are technically viable and align with the group’s operational capabilities.

• Revenue Forecasting: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular strategic reports to senior management on market trends and growth trajectories.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10+ years of total business development experience, with at least 5 years specifically within the UAE Facilities Management (FM) industry.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of securing high-value FM contracts and meeting aggressive growth targets.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Fire & Life Safety systems (Detection, Suppression, and Integrated Building Management Systems).

• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to manage long-cycle complex B2B sales.
