As a brand ambassador for SQUATWOLF, you will be the bridge between our high-performance gear and our athletes (customers). You’ll be responsible for creating an extraordinary in-store experience, offering expert advice on fit and fabric, and driving sales through genuine passion for the fitness lifestyle. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide a high-energy, personalized shopping experience, acting as a fitness consultant to help customers find the right gear for their training.

• Sales Drive: Meet and exceed daily sales targets by utilizing deep product knowledge and active selling techniques.

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the SQUATWOLF “Hustle” culture, ensuring every customer leaves feeling motivated and part of the community.

• Merchandising Excellence: Maintain the store’s premium look through consistent restocking, organized displays, and high standards of cleanliness.

• Inventory Support: Assist with stock taking, delivery processing, and ensuring size availability on the floor.

• Operational Tasks: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and follow store security/loss prevention protocols.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Experience: Mid-level experience in retail sales is required, preferably within the sports, fitness, or fashion industries.

• Passion: A genuine interest in fitness and the gym lifestyle is essential to connect with our core audience.

• Mindset: A growth-oriented “hustler” attitude—you take initiative and are always looking for ways to improve the store’s performance.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers.
