Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our elite Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) in Tower B4. Core Responsibilities

• • Advanced Cardiac Assessment: Collect and interpret complex physiological data (hemodynamics, ECG rhythms, etc.) to identify diagnoses and potential risks.

  • Precision Care Planning: Develop individualized, culturally appropriate care plans focused on health restoration and maintenance, involving both the patient and their family.

  • Critical Intervention: Execute life-sustaining treatments and medication administration according to rigorous procedural protocols and SSMC safety standards.

  • Patient Advocacy & Education: Utilize “teach-back” methods to ensure families understand complex cardiac recovery processes and self-management.

  • Continuous Evaluation: Systematically monitor patient progress and pivot care plans in real-time based on clinical outcomes and multi-disciplinary feedback.
