In this role, you will provide premium, individualized care within our most exclusive inpatient unit. You are not only responsible for the highest clinical standards but also for acting as a guardian of the patient experience. Working in the Royal Suite requires a blend of advanced clinical acumen, absolute confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate complex transitions of care for a diverse and high-profile patient population.

Core Responsibilities & Impact

• Royal Suite Excellence: Deliver bespoke, age-appropriate nursing care that aligns with the premium standards of the Tower B-10 unit.

• Care Coordination: Manage the end-to-end patient journey, from initial assessment and direct clinical intervention to seamless transitions of care and discharge.

• Patient & Family Advocacy: Act as a primary educator for patients and their families, ensuring they are empowered with the knowledge needed for recovery and wellness.

• Clinical Accountability: Uphold the Nursing Scope of Practice and the Professional Nurses Code of Conduct as mandated by the UAE and Abu Dhabi regulatory bodies.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Must hold (or be eligible for) a valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse license.

• Experience: Proven experience in a hospital-based clinical setting; Prior experience in VIP, Royal, or Private Suite nursing is highly advantageous.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication, cultural sensitivity, and a high level of discretion/confidentiality.

• Commitment: A dedication to evidence-based practice and a patient-centric approach to healthcare.
