Are you ready to architect the autonomous future for one of the region’s largest enterprise giants? Zenappstudio , on behalf of a premier UAE Enterprise , is searching for a Staff / Lead AI Agent Engineer to spearhead the transition from passive AI tools to fully autonomous agent systems.

This is not a role for someone who simply “uses” APIs. We are looking for an engineering visionary who can build the cognitive architecture, the multi-agent orchestration layers, and the self-healing workflows that will redefine how a multi-billion dollar enterprise operates. You will own the journey from “0 to 1,” moving beyond simple chatbots into the realm of Agentic AI —systems that can plan, reason, use tools, and collaborate to solve complex business problems.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Agentic Architecture & Multi-Agent Systems (MAS)

• Orchestration Leadership: Design and implement sophisticated multi-agent frameworks using tools like AutoGPT, CrewAI, or Microsoft AutoGen to handle complex, long-running business processes.

• Cognitive Design: Build advanced reasoning loops (Chain-of-Thought, Tree-of-Thought) and tool-use capabilities that allow agents to interact with legacy enterprise APIs, databases, and third-party SaaS.

• Autonomous Workflows: Develop self-correcting agents capable of “Learn, Observe, Adapt, React” cycles within a secure, sandboxed enterprise environment.

Enterprise AI Infrastructure

• RAG & Memory Systems: Architect high-performance Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems with persistent memory layers, ensuring agents have the “long-term context” needed for complex tasks.

• Evaluation & Guardrails: Establish rigorous “Agentic Eval” frameworks to measure success, mitigate hallucinations, and enforce strict enterprise safety and privacy protocols.

• Scalability: Ensure agentic systems are robust enough to handle enterprise-level concurrency, utilizing vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and high-throughput backends.

Leadership & Product Vision

• Technical Roadmap: Act as the primary technical authority, translating high-level enterprise goals into a concrete roadmap for autonomous system deployment.

• Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of AI and Backend engineers, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and engineering excellence.

• Stakeholder Bridge: Communicate complex AI concepts to C-suite executives, demonstrating the ROI and operational impact of autonomous systems.

What You Bring to the Enterprise

• Proven Expertise: Significant experience building and deploying autonomous agents or multi-agent systems in a production environment.

• Deep Tech Stack: Mastery of Python, LLM orchestration (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector search technologies.

• System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, API design, and cloud-native infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or OCI).

• Strategic Mindset: You don’t just build features; you build systems that scale, are maintainable, and respect the “privacy-first” nature of enterprise data.

• UAE Presence: Currently located in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai (Hybrid model).
