Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Excellence: Conduct meticulous interpretations of a comprehensive range of imaging studies, including X-rays, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.

• Clinical Consultation: Provide clear, timely, and concise communication of findings to referring physicians to guide patient management and treatment planning.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate in clinical case conferences and team meetings to provide radiological perspectives on complex patient cases.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous radiation safety protocols and ensure all departmental activities adhere to international quality and safety standards.

• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior radiologists and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

• Quality Improvement: Contribute to the design and implementation of new imaging protocols and departmental quality-assurance initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.

• Certification: Board Certification in Radiology is mandatory.

• Licensing: Must possess a valid medical license with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Specialist status.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in a busy radiology practice.

• Analytical Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of diagnostic accuracy across diverse imaging modalities.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both medical teams and patients.
