In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and Cisco’s vast portfolio of Networking, Data Center, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI solutions. You will be the architect behind the scenes, designing Proof of Concepts (POCs), leading executive briefings, and ensuring that our technology drives tangible outcomes for our customers. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Advisory: Build and nurture “trusted advisor” relationships with C-suite executives and senior IT leaders across the UAE.

• Architecture Design: Translate high-level client objectives into comprehensive, scalable architecture strategies spanning SD-WAN, SASE, ACI, and DNA Center .

• Proof of Value: Drive the design and delivery of POCs and pilots to validate Cisco’s solutions in real-world customer environments.

• Consultative Sales: Apply financial and business acumen to align technical solutions with client business models, focusing on ROI and value realization.

• Market Leadership: Lead technology workshops and briefings that articulate Cisco’s vision for AI Ops/ML Ops and digital transformation within the GCC market.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives, internal engineering teams, and the partner ecosystem to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Pre-Sales, Consultative, or Solution Architect role.

• Technical Core: Proven track record in designing and deploying complex solutions in routing, switching, and networking platform design.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in modern domains including Cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) , automation/scripting, and CI/CD.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and deliver high-impact executive presentations.

• Cultural Fit: Experience in multicultural collaboration is essential; UAE/GCC market experience and Arabic proficiency are highly desirable.

• Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science . Professional certifications like CCNP or CCIE are preferred.
