Job Description: Social Media Specialist & Office Assistant
Plus Mart General Trading LLC is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Specialist & Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. This dual-focus role is designed for a digitally savvy individual who can elevate our online presence while ensuring our daily office operations remain structured and efficient.
In this position, you will be the “digital voice” of Plus Mart. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that connects with our customers across various social platforms, while also providing essential administrative support to the management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated fresher or an entry-level professional looking to build a career in the vibrant UAE general trading sector.
Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Develop, post, and manage creative content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase our products and increase brand awareness.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from online customers in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation: Capture basic photos and videos of new arrivals and store promotions to keep our digital feed active and relevant.

Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks including filing documents, handling phone calls, and managing basic correspondence.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of social media performance and assist with basic office documentation using MS Office.

Coordination: Help the team organize store events or promotions and ensure the office environment is kept tidy and professional.
Qualifications & Requirements

Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of social media trends and how to use various platforms for business growth.

Administrative Skills: Basic knowledge of office procedures and professional communication.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using smartphones for content creation and basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel .

Language: Good communication skills in English; Knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus for customer interaction.
