Are you a creative storyteller who knows how to turn educational insights into viral reels? Dots & Links for Skills Development Center LLC is looking for a vibrant Social Media Freelancer to be the digital voice of our center in Abu Dhabi.

This isn’t just about posting pictures; it’s about building a community of support for families navigating learning needs like ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech support. We need a “trend-spotter” who can translate complex developmental concepts into engaging, empathetic, and visually stunning content. If you are a Canva wizard who understands the power of a well-timed story and can communicate fluently in both English and Arabic, we want you to help us make a real impact on children’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Management: Take full ownership of our social media ecosystem, primarily focusing on Instagram and Facebook.

• Content Creation: Script, film, and edit engaging Reels and Stories that highlight our center’s mission and success stories.

• Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure a steady pulse of educational and promotional material.

• Community Engagement: Act as the “face” of the brand by responding to messages and comments professionally and promptly.

• Audience Growth: Use data-driven trends to boost engagement and expand our reach to parents and educators in the UAE.

• Brand Alignment: Ensure all content is sensitive to and supportive of our core mission: aiding children with diverse learning needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Mindset: Young, energetic, and highly creative with a passion for social impact.

• Design Skills: Must be proficient in Canva; basic graphic design and video editing skills are essential.

• Communication: Bilingual (English & Arabic) is mandatory to effectively reach our diverse local audience.

• Experience: Previous experience managing professional or high-impact personal social media pages.

• Reliability: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized.

• Location: Based in Abu Dhabi (while remote-friendly, you must be available for occasional on-site content capture at our center).
