About the Role
We are seeking a Site Visits Associate / Field Verification Officer to perform on-the-ground verification and data collection across SME locations in the UAE. The role is field-based, covering emirates such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. It demands speed, accuracy, and professionalism while supporting onboarding, credit decisions, and ongoing compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1) Site Visits & Verification (Core Duties)
• Conduct on-site SME visits to validate business operations and existence
• Verify business details: activity type, location, signage, premises, operating status, approximate scale (staff, inventory, equipment, footfall)
• Confirm ownership/authorized signatory presence when required
• Record operational insights for onboarding or risk purposes while maintaining professionalism

2) Evidence Collection & Reporting (Speed + Quality)
• Capture high-quality geo-tagged photos of signage, storefront, interiors, POS/operations (where allowed), and trade licenses
• Collect digital copies of required documents (trade license, Emirates ID, tenancy/Ejari, invoices/receipts where applicable)
• Submit visit reports through company tools with: clear notes, accurate photo labeling, checklists completion, and flags for exceptions
• Ensure submissions are compliant, audit-ready, and first-time-right

3) SLA Ownership & Route Execution
• Manage daily pipeline of assigned visits and optimize routes to meet SLAs
• Communicate with ops/risk teams for appointment confirmations, reschedules, and escalation of blockers
• Minimize revisits and ensure first-attempt completion

4) Customer Experience
• Represent FlapKap professionally and courteously at all times
• Clearly explain the purpose of the visit and conduct efficient, minimally disruptive interactions

5) Risk Awareness
• Identify and report red flags such as mismatched business activity, suspicious documents, fake signage, or inconsistent responses
• Follow verification playbooks and maintain compliance

• Turnaround Time (TAT): same-day or next-day submission of visit reports
• Completion Rate: high percentage of visits completed on first attempt

Essential
• Based in UAE with frequent travel across emirates
• Valid UAE driving license; comfortable with daily driving
• Fluent English; Hindi/Urdu is advantageous

• Strong communication skills; clear, professional, and direct
• Basic understanding of SME operations
