Your Technical & Leadership Mission

Architectural Design & Scalable React Systems

• Complex Solutions: Design and develop high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js, managing the entire software lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

• State & Tooling: Expertly manage complex application states using Redux and optimize the build pipeline using Webpack and Babel.

• API Orchestration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful services and secure APIs into a unified, high-availability frontend architecture.

Strategic Leadership & Chapter Vision

• Strategic Shaping: Define the vision for the frontend chapter, setting technical standards and identifying key initiatives that align with company-wide objectives.

• Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor mid-level and junior developers, providing the technical expertise necessary to elevate the entire engineering team.

• Code Quality & Refactoring: Conduct rigorous code reviews and lead refactoring efforts to modernize existing codebases and enhance overall maintainability.

Data-Driven Experimentation

• Innovation Culture: Foster an environment where “failing fast” and learning are encouraged through A/B testing and data-driven experiments.

• User Analytics: Integrate tracking tools to monitor user behavior, translating raw data into actionable UI/UX improvements.

What You Bring to Edenred

• Proven Tenure: 5+ years of specialized experience as a React web developer.

• Expert Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Modern Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Next.js, Redux, and UI libraries like Material-UI.

• Engineering Principles: A strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and secure coding practices.
