As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will do more than manage patient care; you will mentor the next generation of nurses and help implement advanced care protocols that utilize cutting-edge diagnostics and wearable data to optimize human health.


Core Responsibilities & Impact

  • Specialized Clinical Delivery: Provide high-quality nursing care within an onsite environment, prioritizing patient safety and the highest ethical standards.

  • Precision Medicine Support: Assist in the implementation of advanced protocols, including the interpretation of wearable technology data and personalized preventive services.

  • Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a clinical lead by training and supporting junior staff, ensuring the team upholds institutional standards.

  • Multidisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with physicians and specialists to drive innovation and improve patient outcomes through “joined-up” healthcare.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical activities adhere strictly to UAE healthcare guidelines and institutional policies.

  • Digital Integration: Manage complex patient documentation within Electronic Health Records (EHR) and utilize specialized healthcare software for precision record-keeping.


Candidate Requirements

The Essentials

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a related field.

  • Experience: 5+ years of clinical nursing experience , with a preference for those who have worked in specialized areas like preventive health or precision medicine.

  • Licensure: Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) currently licensed or eligible to practice in Abu Dhabi (DOH/MOH).

  • Linguistic Skills: High proficiency in English is required; Arabic is a significant advantage.

  • UAE Expertise: Strong familiarity with local healthcare regulations and safety standards.

The Competitive Edge (Nice to Have)

  • Expertise in interpreting wearable data (eg, continuous glucose monitors, biometric trackers) for clinical decision-making.

  • Knowledge of genomic principles and patient monitoring technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in modern EHR platforms .
