Your Technical & Engineering Mission

Enterprise-Scale Development

• React Mastery: Develop and maintain medium-to-large scale applications using React.js and Next.js, leveraging both Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).

• Architecture & Design: Contribute to the technical analysis of application requirements and convert high-level solutions into low-level design and production-ready code.

• Modern Tooling: Manage the full development lifecycle using TypeScript, Webpack, and Babel, ensuring clean and optimized builds.

Engineering Excellence & DevOps

• CI/CD Accountability: Own the quality of your code by ensuring 100% unit test coverage via Jest and React Testing Library within our automated pipelines.

• Refactoring & Debt Management: Implement rigorous re-factoring practices to minimize technical debt and maintain a modern, scalable codebase.

• Observability: Build-in logging and monitoring hooks from the start to ensure rapid incident response and system health visibility.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Agile Integration: Work independently within a cross-functional agile team to solve complex customer problems.

• Secure Coding: Adhere to Emirates Group coding standards to write highly secure and optimized code.

• Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the React ecosystem, contributing to our “Software Engineering Playbooks” and standardizing best practices across the group.

What You Bring to Emirates

• The Experience: Minimum of 3 years of deep experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.

• The Stack: Professional proficiency in JavaScript (ES6) and TypeScript, with experience in CSS-in-JS (e.g., Styled-Components) and design systems (e.g., Material-UI).

• The Skills: Solid understanding of testing (unit/functional/automation), system design, and Git-based workflows.

• The Mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
