Job Description: Senior Machine Learning Developer

Are you an expert in architecting intelligence at scale? beBeeMachineLearning is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of innovative machine learning solutions in Sharjah.

In this role, you will move beyond experimental notebooks to build production-ready, large-scale ML systems. You will be responsible for the entire model lifecycle—from wrangling complex datasets with SQL to training deep learning architectures in PyTorch and TensorFlow. As a senior member of the team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business impact, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI that drives real-world outcomes.

Your Technical & Strategic Mission

Scalable ML Architecture & Implementation

• Model Engineering: Design, develop, and implement large-scale machine learning models using Python, focusing on both traditional ML and modern Deep Learning.

• Deep Learning Mastery: Utilize TensorFlow and PyTorch to build neural networks tailored for complex pattern recognition and predictive tasks.

• Architecture Scaling: Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines that can handle high-throughput data and provide low-latency inference in production.

Data Intelligence & Engineering

• Complex Datasets: Navigate and manipulate massive, unstructured datasets using SQL and advanced data processing libraries.

• Feature Engineering: Design and optimize feature stores to ensure models have access to high-quality, relevant data at training and inference time.

• Data-Driven Insights: Translate complex model outputs into actionable business insights, driving strategic decision-making across the organization.

Collaboration & Software Excellence

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Data Engineers, Product Managers, and Backend Developers to integrate ML models into enterprise applications.

• Software Standards: Apply rigorous software development practices to AI projects, ensuring code is maintainable, version-controlled, and testable.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related quantitative field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
