In this senior leadership role, you will be the final authority on-site for all systems that sense, control, and connect. You will lead an expert team to ensure that massive industrial infrastructures “speak” to each other through robust fiber optics and radio networks while maintaining surgical precision in sensor and SCADA deployment. Your Technical & Leadership Mission

System Architecture & Compliance

• Technical Governance: Review and approve high-level design drawings and IFC (Issued for Construction) documents, ensuring 100% alignment with ADNOC standards and project specs.

• Control Systems Mastery: Oversee the installation and configuration of advanced SCADA, DCS, and field instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, and valves).

• Telecom Infrastructure: Lead the deployment of mission-critical communication networks, including Fiber Optics, radio systems, and industrial telecommunication nodes.

Site Execution & Commissioning

• Operational Leadership: Lead the on-site engineering team, coordinating daily with construction, HSE, and project management to hit milestones without compromising safety.

• Problem Solving: Act as the “Lead Troubleshooter” for complex instrumentation glitches and telecom network failures, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Punch List Closure: Direct the pre-commissioning and commissioning phases, ensuring every engineering “punch list” item is closed with technical precision.

Project Management & Coordination

• Strategic Input: Provide expert counsel during constructability reviews and technical discussions, representing the Instrumentation & Telecom (I&T) discipline at the highest level.

• Reporting & Controls: Utilize tools like Baan for resource planning and maintain rigorous documentation, providing the data needed for weekly and monthly progress reports.

What You Bring to Global Corporation

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• ADNOC Credentials: Mandatory proven experience working on ADNOC projects, with a deep understanding of their specific engineering and safety protocols.

• Veteran Experience: 15–18 years in the field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role on large-scale Oil & Gas or Industrial projects.

• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of SCADA, DCS, and modern telecom networking software.

• Specialized Skills: Proficiency in project tools like Baan, experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), and a solid grasp of budgeting and administrative management.
