You will be responsible for transforming complex architectural drawings into precise, competitive, and profitable tender submissions. From initial quantity take-offs to sophisticated value engineering, you will ensure that our aluminum and glass solutions are not only structurally sound but also commercially viable. Your Technical & Commercial Mission

Tender & Cost Analysis

• Quantity Take-offs: Perform meticulous measurements from architectural and structural drawings to determine the exact requirements for aluminum profiles, glass units, and hardware.

• Pricing Strategy: Conduct in-depth margin analysis and develop competitive pricing structures that balance market attractiveness with company profitability.

• Supplier Governance: Evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers to secure high-quality materials at the most favorable commercial terms.

Interdisciplinary Coordination

• Technical Synergy: Collaborate with the Technical and Production teams to ensure that estimated costs align with actual manufacturing capabilities and site installation requirements.

• Sales Support: Assist the sales department during the tender stage by providing technical clarifications and helping structure winning proposals.

• Value Engineering: Identify alternative materials or design modifications that reduce costs without compromising the architectural intent or structural integrity of the facade.

Operational Excellence

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and provide regular updates to the Estimation Manager.

• Deadline Management: Navigate peak tender periods with efficiency, ensuring all bids are submitted accurately and on time.

What You Bring to GLASSLINE

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred).

• Experience: 7–8 years of dedicated experience in estimation, specifically within the Facade, Aluminum, and Glass industry.

• Technical Depth: Advanced knowledge of curtain wall systems, skylights, and specialized glazing solutions.

• Analytical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel and specialized estimation software (e.g., Logikal or SchüCal).

• Communication: Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
